At CurlMantra, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch: You may cancel by contacting us at support@curlmantra.com

• After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled

COD refusal may lead to future order restrictions.

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns/replacements only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged or leaked product received

• Missing items in the package

Not eligible for return:

• Used or opened products

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Change of mind / dislike of fragrance or results

3. Reporting Timeframe

You must email support@curlmantra.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Unboxing video & photos

4. Refund Method

Once approved:

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

• COD orders will receive refund via bank transfer

5. Exchange

Replacement will be issued for eligible cases based on stock availability.
